No this is not a romantic tiff between a boy and a girl, but an obscure problem with the university network and the way the GERGA computers log in and get access to the network space (your student drive) and the Safecom printing system.
So your password is not the problem!

This error comes and goes, and there is little that we can do at the moment to fix it becuase it isn’t caused by the GERGA computers but the network domian that all students login to. If you encounter a machine that gives you such an error, physically switch off the computer (the power button is on the side of the computer box, behind the screen) and power the machine on again. If that doesn’t work move to another computer.
