The Frederik Van Zyl Slabbert (FVZS) Institute for Student Leadership Development has provided sponsorship for 20 Stellenbosch University students to attend TEDxStellenbosch 2012. These 20 spots are available to students who are interested in driving forward a community around TED and TEDx at Stellenbosch University.

As one of these student leaders, you will travel to the event as a group, take part in a “What If Africa?” debriefing session within the weeks following the event, organise casual TED Talk screenings on campus, and work as a group to organise a small scale TEDx Youth event for school students in Stellenbosch.

You don’t have to be an overachiever to join this group. We’re looking for a group of bold students who want to put on their capes and change the world.
