The Socio-Economic Rights and Administrative Justice Research Project (SERAJ) in collaboration with the Department of Public Law, Stellenbosch Law Faculty hosted a seminar on 22 April 2015 in the Old Main Building of the Law Faculty. The keynote speaker was Adv Geoff Budlender, newly appointed Extraordinary Professor in Public Law. The seminar focused on the current opportunities and challenges of human rights lawyering in South Africa. The seminar was well supported by staff of the Law Faculty, the Stellenbosch Legal Aid Clinic, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Die Sosio-Ekonomiese Regte en Administratiewe Geregtigheid Navorsingsprojek (SERAJ) in samewerking met die Departement Publiekreg, Stellenbosch Regsfakulteit het op op 22 April 2015 ‘n seminaar in die Ou Hoofgebou van die Regsfakulteit aangebied. Die hoofspreker was Adv Geoff Budlender, nuut aangestelde Buitengewone Professor in Publiekreg by die Fakulteit. Dié seminaar het gefokus op die huidige geleenthede en uitdagings van menseregte litigasie in Suid-Afrika. Die seminaar is goed ondersteun deur personeel van die Fakulteit Regsgeleerdheid, die Stellenbosch Regshulpliniek sowel as as voorgraadse en nagraadse student.
