The Faculty of Law is participating in the university-wide trolley challenge to raise funds and collect donations for students in need.
Stellenbosch University is excited to launch the Faculty Trolley Challenge, a heartwarming initiative aimed at making a positive impact in our community. As valued members of our Matie community, we invite you – our esteemed alumni, dedicated students, and committed staff – to join hands in support of this noble cause.
What is the Faculty Trolley Challenge?
The Faculty Trolley Challenge is a unique opportunity for us to come together and contribute to a meaningful cause. We recognise the importance of giving back, and this challenge presents a chance to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate.
How Can You Participate?
Participation is easy and impactful! We invite you to join us in collecting non-perishable food items to fill our trolleys. These donations will directly benefit our Matie students that are less fortunate especially amidst the NSFAS crisis.
Alumni: Your continued support is invaluable. Consider donating non-perishable food items or contributing financially to the cause.
Students: Rally your friends, classmates, and fellow students to gather food items, and help us reach our donation goals.
Staff: As the backbone of our institution, your participation will have a profound impact. We encourage you to donate and motivate your colleagues to do the same.
Drop-off Locations:
The Faculty has a donation box outside Room 1029, Ou Hoofgebou/Old Main Building.
Important Dates:
The Faculty Trolley Challenge will run from 28 August 2023 to 6 October 2023. We kindly request that all donations be made within this period to ensure timely distribution.
