Auditions: University Chamber Choir

Schola Cantorum Stellenbosch, the official academic chamber choir of the university is inviting prospective choir singers to audition for the 2nd semester of 2009.

Apart from taking part in master classes and post graduate examinations, the programme for this part of the year includes two concerts for the Konservatorium’s concert series. Music to be performed will be amongst others Widor’s Mass for two organs and double choir as well as Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana.

Singers with experience in choir singing and a basic sight singing ability are invited to send an email to schola_cantorum@sun.ac.za  to apply for an audition.
