Victoria Street closed on Thursday 2 December 2010

Victoria Street will be closed for traffic on Thursday 2 December from approximately 07:30 to 20:00. An international advertising company is shooting a new ad for Ford and the biggest part of Victoria Street will be closed off. Traffic officers will be on duty to assist with traffic control.

Access to homes and businesses in Victoria Street will still be possible, but there might be waiting periods while traffic is diverted.

Stillking Films, the company shooting the advert, are asking people to help them to obtain a ‘clean street’ by not parking it.

Several parking areas in Victoria Street will be cleared for filming and will be closed off from the night before.
