Interruption of power supply

The Municipality is compelled to do necessary repairs and upgrading on the electrical network which will result in an interruption of the power supply.

The main electrical power supply to the following buildings will be interrupted from  07:00 to 13:00.

Property Services
Silvertrees
Goldfields Hostel
Lentelus

Plugs must at all times be regarded as live.

Escalators should not be used during the power supply interruption.

Please limit the use of electricity during this period in the other buildings because the electrical reticulation will be sensitive to overloading.

Please switch off sensitive equipment to eliminate damage during the switching process.

You are requested to inform all the staff members in your department.
