Come join us for only 30min of high intensity training. We will show you the finer detail on training to get the required results and to prevent injuries.

 

CORE, ARMS AND LEGS sessions

Monday, Wednesday at 13:15 and 17:15 and Friday at 13:15 and 15:15 @ R35 per session (R360 if you buy a month’s sessions).

Prevent the winter blues and keep fit!!
