Koos Kombuis in Gala Concert at Endler

Koos Kombuis and Niel Rademan are two of the celebrities who will be performing at the Gala Concert of the Student Arts Festival hosted by the BA Student Committee tonight (1 August 2012).

The other performers are Marlie Kock, Geoffery Prins, Winand Grundling, Thuthuka Sibisi, Brandon Drude, and  Gershwin Mias. The presenter is the popular Pasella-presenter Vicky Davis. There are still a few tickets left for the concert in the Endler Hall on the campus of Stellenbosch University. Tickets can be purchased at the door for R30 (students) and R65.

The Student Arts Festival, which ends on Saturday (4 August), is an opportunity for BA students to showcase their talents. Also on the programme are poetry sessions at Café Art and the PJ Olivier Art Gallery. Established poets will perform from 20:00 – 22:00 wherafter there will be open mic sessions for anybody brave enough to perform his or her own poetry. Admission is R5 per person.
