Lucky draw: Library survey

The Library and Information Service would like thank all staff and students who completed the LibQUAL survey. About 50% of respondents also took the opportunity to comment on services or suggest improvements. Valuable information about clients’ needs were collected in this way. More information about the results and further analysis will be made available in October.
