Make a booking

Firstly, all students need to be registered at CAF.  Follow the link to the Center of Analytical Facilities website OR follow the link directly to the registration form. During the registration process  a unique CAF ID will be produced that will be used at our facility’s online booking system.

If you are a registered SuperSaas user, please follow the link to make a booking.

Not a registered SuperSaas (our online booking system) user? Please follow the link to register and book a SEM session online.

Please note that only users that have attended a workshop and 2 one-on-one training session after their workshop attendance, are permitted to book an unassisted SEM session. Please indicate one-on-one training when booking your first SEM session after attending a workshop.

All student users need to be trained.

*Please ensure that your supervisor/billing person is made aware of the booking and rate thereof before confirming the booking. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy and should you cancel within 24 hours of your booking start time, your supervisor will be liable for the full cost of the booking. This also applies to late arrivals! See Lab Rules.
