So, since I heard the great news that I was accepted to attend the Summer school in Ljubljana, I seemed to be quite idle in my preparation process. This is because prior to finding out that I would be leaving, I had lost all my identification documents, I therefore had to apply for a new identity document, and a passport (I was definitely not looking forward to standing in those long queues at Home Affairs).

Excitement, Exhilaration and Thrill!
Opportunities create spaces for learning, development and investments. I have always believed in the power of opportunities, giving the key to open doors of new knowledge, new dialogue and new ways of thinking…The time has come for yet another opportunity of learning, development and investment. I am beyond excited!
My word. Where to begin? Before kicking off with the administrative pre departure preparations I would like to urge those who are interested in studying abroad to sit down and apply. Just do it. Being part of an academic experience abroad gives one so much more perspective on various aspects of life. It’s not just another lecture or class – it becomes more of a life lesson and will add tremendous amounts of value to your studies and the way you view the world.
