Tesisse/proefskrifte met die oog op die Desember 2013-gradeplegtigheid

Hierdie net weer ‘n herinnering dat die stelsel vir die nominasie van studente met die oog op die Desember-gradeplegtigheid (2013), reeds oop is. Die laaste datum vir inhandiging van die finale kopie (nadat alle korreksies aangebring is), is 28 November 2013.

Die proses:

  1. Nomineer die student d.m.v. die personeelportaal.
  2. Laai die tesis/proefskrif op (die finale produk).
  3. Die inhandiging word goedgekeur d.m.v. die personeelportaal.

Vir volledige riglyne en template, sien asb. http://library.sun.ac.za/Afrikaans/howdoi/Pages/Submit-my-thesis-online.aspx. Hierdie geld vir alle tesisse en proefskrifte voltooi deur studente verbonde aan Universiteit Stellenbosch.

Help ons asb. om ons navorsingsuitsette digitaal te bewaar, en ook toegang te verleen vir ander wat andersins nie toegang tot die navorsing sou hê nie.

Tesisse/proefskrifte onder embargo

Kontak asb. u fakulteitsekretaris, wat die proses sal fasiliteer. Die meeste uitgewers het nie ‘n probleem daarmee dat ‘n tesis/proefskrif oop is en ‘n artikel daaruit gepubliseer word nie. Indien ‘n embargo egter van toepassing is, dui asb. so aan wanneer die tesis/proefskrif goedgekeur word.

Theses/dissertations for the December 2013 graduation

This just a gentle reminder that the portal system is open, and that all can commence with the nomination of students for the December 2013 graduation. The last date for submission to SUNScholar is 28 November 2013.

The process:

  1. Nominate the student via the staff portal.
  2. Submit the thesis/dissertation (the final product).
  3. Approve the submission via the staff portal.

For comprehensive guidelines and templates, visit http://library.sun.ac.za/English/howdoi/Pages/Submit-my-thesis-online.aspx . This applies to all theses/dissertations completed by students at Stellenbosch University.

Please help us to digitally preserve our research output, and to provide access for others who would not have had access otherwise.

Theses/dissertations under embargo

Contact your faculty secretary, who will facilitate the process. Most publishers do not have a problem with a thesis/dissertation being open and an article being published from it. If an embargo applies, indicate so during the approval process.

Books published from theses/dissertations

Contact Innovus, who will assist with this process.
