We are looking forward to welcoming you at Matieland! Should you wish to apply for residence at Helshoogte, it is important that you understand the placement process:
- Complete the University application form.
- Ensure that you mark Helshoogte as your first choice on the form or web application.
How does the Placement process work?
- First reservations are done on the grounds of academic criteria.
- The placement process is complete by the end of October. Should you not have qualified initially, you can place yourself on the waiting list.
- Placements are done continuously from the waiting list based on open places.
- Placements in a specific residence cannot be guaranteed.
