    The residence is led by the House Committee, a group of elected student leaders, overseen by the Resident Head. The team also includes a Strategic Advisor, usually a former Primaria from a women\u2019s residence, who offers an external perspective to strengthen leadership decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Mentors play a key role in supporting new students and ensuring the well-being of all residents. The First Years Committee, made up of elected first-year students, represents their peers and drives positive change. The Special Operations Committee helps organise events and assists with daily operations to keep residence life running smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Together, these groups lead events and initiatives that build community, develop leadership, and enrich student life.
