As a result of the major building project supported by the Department of Higher Education and Stellenbosch University, Helshoogte Men\u2019s Residence now offers state-of-the-art facilities. The rooms are modern and spacious, each equipped with high-speed internet, a study desk, bed, mattress, cupboard, and chair – providing a comfortable space for both study and relaxation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Common areas have been transformed into multifunctional spaces that encourage social interaction and collaboration, including lounges, a fully equipped study room, and communal kitchenettes. The residence also includes a continually improving gym with a variety of equipment to suit all fitness levels, allowing residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle at an affordable annual rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enhanced security systems, including CCTV and student card access control, ensure residents\u2019 safety and peace of mind. Additionally, the eco-friendly design incorporates a grey-water recycling system, reflecting Helshoogte\u2019s commitment to sustainability.
