However, since the main IT building moved further away from campus two years ago, many of our clients felt that the offices are too far away or inaccessible to visit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We are happy to announce that all staff can drop off their PCs and devices at the IT HUB.\u00a0 However, it is important that any request is logged at the IT Service Desk or on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/sunprod.service-now.com\/\">ServiceNow<\/a>\u00a0first. Due to limited capacity, it&#8217;s not possible to immediately assist users without arrangement. After the request\u00a0has been logged, the technician assigned to your request will contact you and make further arrangements. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You will find the IT HUB in <a href=\"https:\/\/stbsp01.stb.sun.ac.za\/innov\/it\/it-help\/SiteAssets\/Wiki%20Pages\/STUDENT%20SERVICES\/I.T%20Hub%20MAP.jpg\">Admin A, just off the Rooi Plein with the entrance under the pedestrian bridge between Admin A and B<\/a>. Sedert die hoof IT-gebou\u00a0twee jaar gelede egter verder weg van kampus geskuif het, het baie\u00a0van ons kli\u00ebnte gevoel\u00a0dat ons kantore\u00a0te ver of nie\u00a0toeganklik is nie. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Om hierdie rede is ons\u00a0bly om aan te kondig dat alle personeel\u00a0nou hulle rekenaars en toestelle by die IT HUB kan afgee. Dis egter belangrik dat enige versoeke eers aangemeld word by ons IT Dienstoonbank of op <a href=\"http:\/\/sunprod.service-now.com\/\">ServiceNow<\/a>. Weens beperkte kapasiteit is die nie moontlik om gebruikers onmiddellik te help sonder dat re\u00eblings eers getref is nie. Nadat die versoek aangemeld is, sal die tegnikus waaraan die versoek toegeken is die gebruiker kontak en verdere re\u00eblings tref.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Die IT HUB is gele\u00eb in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/stbsp01.stb.sun.ac.za\/innov\/it\/it-help\/SiteAssets\/Wiki%20Pages\/STUDENT%20SERVICES\/I.T%20Hub%20MAP.jpg\">Admin A, langs die Rooi Plein met `n\u00a0ingang onder die voetgangersbrig tussen\u00a0Admin A en B<\/a>.
