During the process it was discovered that there are additional hardware problems and this caused several services not to be available.<\/p>\n<p>However, our IT staff succeeded in restoring essential core services on a temporary basis late last night. The final restore and replacement of the faulty hardware will take place at a later stage.<\/p>\n<p>We apologise for the inconvenience. For inquiries please contact the IT Service Desk at 021 808 4367 or log a request on the ICT Partner Portal.<\/p>\n<p>[:af]<\/p>\n<p>Noodsaaklike noodonderhoud is Saterdag vanaf 07:00 tot 12:00 uitgevoer om \u2019n foutiewe geheue-module te vervang. Gedurende die proses is addisionele probleme met die hardeware te\u00ebgekom en het dit veroorsaak dat sekere dienste nie beskikbaar was nie.<\/p>\n<p>IT-personeel het egter laat gisteraand daarin geslaag om tydelik kritiese kerndienste weer te herstel. Die finale herstelwerk en vervanging van die foutiewe hardeware sal op \u2019n latere stadium plaasvind.<\/p>\n<p>Ons vra om verskoning vir die ongerief.
