The email ask you to click on a link to open your purchase order information (also see image below)<\/p>\n<p>This is not a legitimate email, but a phishing attempt from a compromised university account.<\/p>\n<p>By clicking on links and providing your information, you give criminals access to your personal information and your accounts. If you think your account or device has been compromised or you notice suspicious activity:<\/p>\n<p>Immediately change your password on www.sun.ac.za\/password.<\/p>\n<p>Contact the IT Service Desk by <a href=\"https:\/\/servicedesk.sun.ac.za\/jira\/servicedesk\/customer\/portal\/6\/user\/login\">logging a request<\/a> or calling 808 4367.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.sun.ac.za\/it\/files\/2019\/10\/schon.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.sun.ac.za\/it\/files\/2019\/10\/schon.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"494\" height=\"319\" align=\"left\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>[:af]<\/p>\n<p>\u2019n E-pos met die onderwerp &#8220;Purchase Order 98474&#8221; word tans aan personeel en studente versend vanaf \u2019n sun e-posadres. Die e-pos vra dat jy op \u0149 skakel kliek om die details van jou bestelling te sien (sien voorbeeld onder)<\/p>\n<p>Hierdie is nie \u2019n geldige e-pos nie, maar \u2019n strikroofpoging gestuur vanaf \u0149 gekompromitteerde universiteit e-posrekening.<\/p>\n<p>Deur op skakels in strikroof e-posse te kliek en jou inligting te verskaf, gee jy aan misdadigers toegang tot jou persoonlike inligting en rekeninge.
