Fortunately Microsoft has found the solution with one of their Office365 ad-ins.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/findtime.microsoft.com\/\">FindTime<\/a> is an optional add-in which simplifies the process of finding the appropriate date and time for a meeting between colleagues. It&#8217;s particularly useful when there are attendees from non-SU, external companies.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With <strong>FindTime <\/strong>the organiser creates a voting poll where the available dates and times are listed. The attendees can then vote for the times and dates which suit them best.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>When the poll is compiled the following functions are also available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to create the meeting automatically as soon as everyone agrees on a time and date;<\/li>\n<li>to immediately book the date in your diary;<\/li>\n<li>to receive updates on the voting poll when someone votes;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>to close the voting poll so that no other times can be suggested and\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>verification by PIN.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The FindTime add-in can be installed in Outlook 365 (for web-based email, the Outlook client or Apple OSX). Dit is veral handig as persone van eksterne maatskappye ook die vergadering moet bywoon.<\/p>\n<p>Met <strong>FindTime<\/strong> skep die organiseerder \u0149 meningspeiling waarin die beskikbare datums en tye gelys word.\u00a0 Uitgenooides kan dan stem watter dae en tye hulle die beste sal pas.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer die peiling opgestel word is die volgende funksies ook beskikbaar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Om die vergadering outomaties te skep as almal ooreengekom het op \u0149 datum en tyd;<\/li>\n<li>om tydelik die datums te boek in jou dagboek;<\/li>\n<li>opdaterings te kry oor die meningspeiling wanneer iemand stem;<\/li>\n<li>die meningspeiling te sluit sodat ander tye nie voorgestel kan word nie en<\/li>\n<li>verifikasie deur middel van \u0149 PIN.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die FindTime-toepassing kan bygevoeg word in Outlook 365 (webgebaseerde e-pos, die Outlook-kli\u00ebnt of Apple OSX).
