He specialises in delictual claims, contractual claims, collections and bad debt cases on behalf of debtors.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining the Law Clinic, Odwa worked at a leading South African Law Firm. He has assisted and advised numerous clients with various legal issues. He is experienced in drafting, and advising in Civil Litigation matters.<\/p>\n<p>He has presented papers at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.justice.gov.za\/salrc\/ipapers\/ip36-prj142-LegalFees.pdf\">South African Law Reform Commission<\/a> and the Council on Higher Education. Hy spesialiseer in deliktuele eise, kontraktuele eise en invordering van skuldenaars namens skuldeisers.<\/p>\n<p>Voordat Odwa by die Regskliniek aangesluit het, het hy by \u2018n vooraanstaande Suid-Afrikaanse regsfirma gepraktiseer.\u00a0 Terwyl hy daar gepraktiseer het, het hy \u2018n groot aantal kli\u00ebnte bygestaan en geadviseer aangaande \u0149 verskeidenheid van regskwessies. Hy het ondervinding met die opstel van regsdokumente en advisering van kli\u00ebnte in \u0149 verskeidenheid van siviele litigasie aangeleenthede.<\/p>\n<p>Odwa het al verskeie referate aangebied voor die Suid Afrikaanse Regshervormings Kommissie en die Raad van Ho\u00ebr Onderwys.
