Attendees at the launch included the Rector and Vice Chancellor of Stellenbosch University, Prof Russel Botman, and leading constitutional law advocate Wim Trengove, SC, as well as a rich variety of academics, Deans from various law faculties in South Africa, practitioners and students. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The book was edited by Professors Sandra Liebenberg and Geo Quinot, both from the Faculty of Law at Stellenbosch University and co-directors of the <a href=\"http:\/\/sun025.sun.ac.za\/portal\/page\/portal\/law\/index.english\/SERAJ\" target=\"_blank\">SERAJ Research Project<\/a>, and it contains a collection of essays that were presented at a colloquium on <em>Law and Poverty<\/em> in May 2011.
