While the Virtual Meeting Room in the Learning Commons is available for booking by all clients irrespective of year level, the one in the Research Commons is restricted to master&#8217;s and doctoral students as well as researchers and academic staff.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1438\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.sun.ac.za\/libraryresearchnews\/files\/2023\/03\/1-2-580x141.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"642\" height=\"156\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.sun.ac.za\/libraryresearchnews\/files\/2023\/03\/1-2-580x141.png 580w, https:\/\/blogs.sun.ac.za\/libraryresearchnews\/files\/2023\/03\/1-2-940x229.png 940w, https:\/\/blogs.sun.ac.za\/libraryresearchnews\/files\/2023\/03\/1-2-768x187.png 768w, https:\/\/blogs.sun.ac.za\/libraryresearchnews\/files\/2023\/03\/1-2-1536x373.png 1536w, https:\/\/blogs.sun.ac.za\/libraryresearchnews\/files\/2023\/03\/1-2-676x164.png 676w, https:\/\/blogs.sun.ac.za\/libraryresearchnews\/files\/2023\/03\/1-2.png 2040w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 642px) 100vw, 642px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pictures showing a Virtual Meeting Room, a seminar room in the RC and a discussion room in the LC<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The rooms be booked on our <a href=\"https:\/\/library.sun.ac.za\/en-za\/Usingthelibrary\/Bookings\/Pages\/default.aspx\"><strong>online bookings page<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To accommodate as many clients as possible, the rooms will be bookable up to a maximum of two hours per client a day. Clients are to bring their own devices to attend or facilitate meetings and own headphones are a requirement. Please note that the rooms are only available for bookings by individuals, not groups.
