Die BSc Sportwetenskap is 'n drie jaar voltydse program wat die studie van \u201cmens in beweging\u2019 vanuit \u2018n fisiologiese, biomeganiese, sielkundige, filosofiese, maatskaplike en ekonomiese perspektief ondersoek.<\/p>\n

Die program sluit \u0149 teoretiese en praktiese komponent in.<\/p>\n

Die teoretiese komponent sluit modules in soos Biomeganika, Motoriese Leer, Sportbeserings, Sportfisiologie, Sportsielkunde, Sportgeskiedenis, Piekprestasiesport en Aangepaste Beweging.<\/p>\n

Die Kinderkinetika graad se doel is om die neuro-motoriese ontwikkeling van jong kinders tussen die ouderdom van 0-13 te bevorder deur wetenskaplik gebaseerde fisiese aktiwiteite:<\/p>\n

  • Bevorder funksionele groei en behoorlike motoriese ontwikkeling in jong kinders<\/li>\n
  • Fokus op sekere beleggingsaktiwiteite om sportspesifieke vaardighede te bevorder \/ stabiliseer<\/li>\n
  • Implementeer toepaslike rehabilitasie programme vir kinders met groei en \/ ontwikkelingsgestremdhede om \u0149 aktiewe, gesonde lewenstyl te handhaaf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    BSc Hons Biokinetika (1 jaar en internskap)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Biokinetika is 'n medies erkende vakdissipline wat wetenskaplik gebaseerde fisiese aktiwiteite toepas om siektes te help voorkom of rehabilitasie in die finale fase te doen na die aanvang van die siekte. 'N Biokinetikus kan beskou word as 'n gespesialiseerde oefen terapeut wat funksioneer in 'n professionele alliansie met gesondheid en medisyne.<\/p>\n

    BSc Hons Piek Prestasie Sport (1 jaar)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Fokus is op sterkte en kondisionering, programontwerp, oefenladingmonitor, gebruik van tegnologie en prestasie-analise. Die fokus is op verbeterde prestasies van individue of spanne.\u00a0<\/p>\n
