Die Departement Inligtingkunde is uniek vanwe\u00eb sy doelgerigte ondersoek na die voortdurende ontwikkeling van die verhouding tussen inligtingstegnologie\u00eb en die omgewings waarin dit gebruik word. Ons voorgraadse programme in Inligtingstelsels kombineer tegniese vaardighede met insig in sakeprosesse en sosio-tegniese stelsels \u2013 \u2019n unieke benadering wat beide praktyk en konteks integreer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ons nagraadse studierigtings sluit verdere studies in Inligtingstelsels in \u2013 deur middel van ons toonaangewende Baccalaureus in Informatika Honneurs-program \u2013 asook gevorderde kwalifikasies in Inligtings- en Kennisbestuur. Hierdie programme is gerig op sowel akademiese navorsers as professionele persone wat leierskapsrolle binne organisasies vervul.\u00a0<\/p>\n

BCom (Bestuurswetenskappe): Inligtingstelselsbestuur<\/h3>\n

Hierdie program kombineer kernmodules in bestuurswetenskappe met inligtingstelsels en rus jou toe met die nodige vaardighede om tegnologie in organisasies te integreer en bestuur. Daar is \u2019n sterk klem op praktiese toepassing.<\/p>\n

BA (Geesteswetenskappe) met Sosio-informatika en Organisasie-informatika<\/h3>\n

Hierdie interdissiplin\u00eare program fokus op die kruispunt van tegnologie, samelewing en kultuur. Sosio-informatika en organisasie-informatika help jou om werklike uitdagings op die gebied van inligting, mense en strukture aan te spreek.<\/p>\n

Studente kan kies tussen twee programme. Die eerste opsie is die BCom (Bestuurswetenskappe) program met Fokusarea Inligtingstelselbestuur. Hierdie program word aangebied in die Fakulteit Ekonomiese en Bestuurswetenskappe en benodig 'n minimum van 60% in Wiskunde vir toelating. Alternatiewelik kan jy die BA (Geesteswetenskappe) program voltooi wat Wiskunde kode 4 (50%) of Wiskundige Geletterdheid kode 6 (70%) vereis.
