After completing your BCom (Industrial Psychology), also obtain a BComHons (Industrial Psychology). Follow this up with the six-month BPsych Equivalence programme, and then pass the professional board examination. You then qualify for statutory registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a psychometrist (independent practice).
