The phrase above is one that any believer in God can agree with. However in the Christian journey we often struggle with questions such as human suffering. This has been the topic of the Sabbath School Lesson this quarter. The wisest man on earth, King Solomon, talks about it briefly in Ecclesiastes 7:13-15. The answer given by him is hardly satisfactory. The explanation that continually jumps out to me from the Bible about this question is that despite the terrible happenings of this planet we must never doubt the nature of God. Job himself confesses in Job 42:3 that he had spoken of things too wonderful for him to understand. God is a just and benevolent God and so the fact will forever remain that God is good all the time.

Daily Devotionals
During the holidays daily devotionals will be posted on the website by SDASM members to encourage and uplift all who grace our website page. Despite the fact that we may be far apart during this time of the year, this blog is the perfect place for us to ‘gather’ and share our thoughts as we would if we were together. Our Facebook and Twitter pages will also be running initiatives where everyone will be able to interact this festive season so make sure you check social media and post, like, comment, retweet and share. God bless.
