Researchers are being asked to publish Open Access (OA), but often do not have the funding to pay for it directly.<\/p>\n

In July, to help with this, the Royal Society of Chemistry launched Gold for Gold, enabling RSC Gold subscribers in the UK to publish a select number of RSC papers free-of-charge via Gold Open Access (OA). http:\/\/www.rsc.org\/publishing\/librarians\/goldforgold.asp<\/a><\/p>\n

We are delighted to extend this initiative to the rest of the world. From now on, all RSC Gold subscribing institutions will be rewarded with voucher codes to publish OA articles at no cost.<\/p>\n
