Woman in Science #28: Dr Ndivhuwo Tshililo

Hello there! Can you believe that today is the LAST day of March for 2020? Where has the time gone? Let’s hope the #Lockdown period moves by just as swiftly as these first three months.

We are excited, and little sad, to be sharing our final #WomanInScience profile for the #WomansHistoryMonth blog series with you today! What a privilege it has been to appreciate all the truly remarkable scientists within our division. Life is often so busy that we forget to appreciate the incredible people around us! This series has allowed us to reflect over our success as a division and highlighted the important contributions each and every one us us have towards that success.

As Andrew Carnegie said, “Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results”

So without further ado, we would like to introduce our final #TerrificTuesday researcher Dr Ndivhuwo Tshililo. Dr Tshililo is a Junior Researchers in the TB Drug Development Research Group at the Division of Molecular Biology and Human Genetics. Check out her profile below!

And so concludes our first official blog series! Thank you supporting us and our incredible scientists throughout this process. Please give this final post a share and help us end off with a bang! If you en joyed this series be sure to check out our #MenOfMay blog series, which will feature all the amazing #MenInScience that make MBHG equally as great!

With that being said, don’t wait until May to visit our blog again! Tomorrow we start a new and exciting blog series – one with great content to keep you minds active during the #lockdown period. Stay tuned – you won’t want to miss it!
