The Research Strategy Task Team (ReSTT) at the Division of Molecular Biology and Human Genetics (MBHG) hosted the first Divisional MBHG Retreat from 3rd-4th February 2022. This was the first in-person academic meeting held in 2 years and brought together over 350 senior scientists, research technicians, postdoctoral research fellows and postgraduate students from all 13 research groups within the MBHG division.
The 2-day event schedule was packed with excellent keynote speakers, presentations and flash talks for our staff and students, allowing us to catch up on the exciting research efforts of the teams during the past 2 years and planned research efforts for 2022. Through this event, ReSTT aimed to foster a collaborative attitude within our teaching environment and in turn facilitate intradivisional collaboration and the formulation of innovative research projects.
