Paper submissions will be accepted from 1 August to 7 September 2016 on the SUNConferences system.  Update: Last-minute submissions are being accepted on 8 September 2016.

Information on presentations and posters

Accepted full papers are presented as oral presentations.  The length of the presentation is 10 minutes with 5 minutes allocated for questions and feedback.  Both lecture halls are equipped with projectors with VGA, HDMI and sound adapters.  Presenters may use their own laptops, but a laptop with a PDF and Powerpoint viewer will be available at each venue.

Work in progress posters will be presented on Thursday afternoon.  The poster size may be A0 or smaller.
