IP Public Lecture 2021 – IP Law in the Light of the Information Society

The 2021 annual intellectual property law public lecture, presented by the Anton Mostert Chair of Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law, will address IP law in the light of the information society.

The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Thomas Hoeren from the Institute on Information, Telecommunications and Media Law (ITM) at the University of Münster, on the topic Information wants to be Free.

The lecture takes place on 7 October at the Faculty of Law, Stellenbosch University. Due to Covid-19 regulations, this is a closed event as only 40 fully vaccinated guests can be accommodated.
