    Wow!! Reflecting on my experience at Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, I am both overwhelmed and incredibly grateful. It was an absolute privilege to attend the summer school programme with students from across the globe.

    I would like to start this blogpost by encouraging other students, irrespective of where they are in their academic career, to apply for similar opportunities in the future. Having attended the summer school programme at later stage of my academic career, I wish I did it earlier. Apart from the academic component of the summer school programme, I learnt a lot about myself and met students from diverse backgrounds.

    I was extremely excited when SU International notified me of my acceptance to attend the summer school programme at Radboud University, but I could never have dreamt how much it would mean to me.

    You are reading this probably because you are interested in going to France’s EM Strasbourg Business School in France or because you have been accepted to go. If you have been accepted, I would like to congratulate you! This journey will be an amazing experience and you remember it for your lifetime. Going overseas is something really big, it takes a lot of planning to do. Thus, I strongly recommend that you get all admin, tickets, visa applications, cash exchange sorted out as soon as possible.

    Christopher at Stanford University

    How I made it to Stanford:

    After having applied for Stanford’s summer programme in December of last year, I was fortunate enough to hear in early February that I had been accepted. Notification of this acceptance set a number of events in motion, all of which were required to make the trip possible. Among having to secure the necessary VISA and ensure that I would not have any issues with regard to the classes I would miss, I had to find a way to raise the funds necessary to attend Stanford.
