Due to the removal of the “Equipment Sign-up” feature being removed from Quartzy, we have developed a new booking system for our users.
The booking system will allow users to register themselves and the booking procedure is quite simple.
There are a few things you need to be aware of:
- No cancellations can be made within 23 hours before your booking. If there were unforseen circumstances, you can contact staff to request that they cancel your booking if this is a valid request.
- The booking system will be used for invoicing purposes, so make sure you book accurately.
- If you are trained and want to book after hours, we can give you advanced access. Please contact staff to request access after hours. Then, to make a booking, click on any slot during office hours and change the times to after hours when you want to come.
