COVID-19 Vaccination FMHS Rollout
How do I register?
Step 1:
Join the WhatsApp group – FMHS Vaccines – you will sign up to be vaccinated through this group. The spreadsheet is in the group description.
Questions can be asked on this group and the Vaccine Task Team will answer you.
Step 2:
Register on EVDS – the official South African COVID-19 Vaccination Programme Registration portal.
Fill in all of your personal details and then choose your preferred time to get vaccinated.
Make sure you indicate “NO” for medical aid.
Step 3:
Register on the FMSH Rollout App – ALL students have to register on this app regardless whether they want to receive a vaccination.
Step 4:
In the WhatsApp group description, open the spreadsheet and choose the day you want to be vaccinated.
Step 5:
Once you have been vaccinated, change your status on the app to: “yes” I have been vaccinated.
