The 17th Annual Human Rights Lecture hosted by Prof Sandra Liebenberg, H.F. Oppenheimer Chair in Human Rights Law, and Prof Juanita Pienaar, Acting Dean of the Stellenbosch University Faculty of Law, will be held on Wednesday, 22 March 2023.
Dr Tlaleng Mofokeng, the current United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Health, will address the topic of “Who Believes Black Women? Applying the Right to Health Framework to Undo Epistemic Injustice”.
