The Faculty congratulates Professor Sadulla Karjiker on his appointment as the new incumbent of the Anton Mostert Chair in Intellectual Property Law. Prof Karjiker obtained his BSc and LLB degrees at the University of Cape Town, his LLM degree at the University of London and his LLD degree at the University of Stellenbosch. He is admitted as an attorney in South Africa and solicitor in England and has practised in corporate and commercial law in both jurisdictions.
