The 18th Annual Human Rights Lecture hosted by Prof Sandra Liebenberg, H.F. Oppenheimer Chair in Human Rights Law, and Prof Nicola Smit, Dean of the Stellenbosch University Faculty of Law, will be held on Tuesday, 19 March 2024.
Justice Jody Kollapen, a Judge of the Constitutional Court of South Africa, will address the topic of “Realising Socio-Economic Rights in an Unequal Society”.
